Many of the dips, salads and bites on our catering menu are marked vegan or vegetarian, so feeding a mixed group takes one order, not two. Here is the list, and how much to get when only some of your guests skip meat.

Mediterranean cooking leans heavily on chickpeas, eggplant, bulgur, parsley and olive oil, which is why so much of the menu happens to be meat-free. Everything below is marked vegan or vegetarian on the catering menu. If a dish is not on this page, assume it contains meat, dairy or egg, and ask us.
These are marked vegan, so they also work for vegetarian and dairy-free guests:
Salads come with a choice of dressing, and not every dressing is vegan, so tell us when you order which trays need to stay vegan.

Mildly spiced patties of chickpeas, fava beans, onions, herbs and parsley.

Simmered chickpeas puréed with tahini and fresh lemon juice.
Parsley, mint, bulgur and tomatoes, seasoned with olive oil, lemon, herbs and scallions.
Salad Dressings: Ranch, Blue Cheese, Caesar, Italian, Honey Mustard, Lite Ranch, Balsamic Vinaigrette, Tahini, Yogurt, Thousand Island, French.
These are marked vegetarian. Most contain dairy (cheese, cream or yogurt), so treat them as not vegan:
Most groups are mixed: a few vegans, more vegetarians and a majority who eat anything. The trick is that the vegan dips, salads and rice already feed everyone, so you only need to add a meat-free main.
Here is that office of 30: shawarma sized for the 21 meat eaters, falafel sized at about four pieces per vegetarian plus an extra dozen, and vegan sides for everyone.

We do not label any catering dish gluten-free or nut-free. Several dishes contain wheat (tabouleh has bulgur, fattoush has pita chips, the pies and bread are dough), and several contain nuts (baklava, the Mediterranean salad's walnuts and the hashwa rice under the lamb). Our kitchen is not gluten-free and holds no allergen certification, so we cannot guarantee that any dish is free of cross-contact. If a guest has a serious allergy or celiac disease, call us before you order. Please label trays on the buffet, especially desserts.
Place and confirm your order 24 hours ahead. Falafel, hummus, baba ghannouge, fattoush, tabouleh, Lebanese salad and rice are marked vegan on the menu. Falafel is the usual vegan main.
Size the vegan sides (rice, salad, hummus) for everyone, size the meat tray for the meat eaters, and add three or four falafel per vegetarian plus an extra dozen.
We do not label any catering dish gluten-free. No. Our kitchen is not gluten-free and cannot guarantee against cross-contact, so we do not recommend our catering for guests with celiac disease. Call us before you order and we will go through the menu with you.
The grape leaves are stuffed with rice, tomatoes and parsley, so the leaves themselves are vegan. They come with a yogurt dip, which is not.
