Catering for Churches, Schools, Teams & Nonprofits
Trays with published prices for fellowship dinners, PTA nights, booster club fundraisers, team meals and unit events. Pickup or delivery up to 50 miles away, with 24 hours notice.

If you are the person feeding a congregation, a classroom of volunteers or a team after a tournament, you usually have a fixed budget, a rough headcount and not much time. Our catering menu publishes every price, and each tray tells you how many people it serves: small trays serve 10–12 and large trays serve 20–22. You can work out the cost before you call anyone.
Who we cook for
- Congregations: fellowship meals, Wednesday dinners, vacation Bible school volunteer lunches, receptions after a baptism or confirmation.
- Schools and PTAs: teacher appreciation lunches, staff in-service days, back-to-school nights, graduation receptions.
- Booster clubs and sports teams: pre-game pasta dinners, end-of-season banquets, tournament-day meals.
- Nonprofits and clubs: volunteer thank-you lunches, board meetings, annual meetings and fundraisers.
- Military units: unit gatherings, promotion and retirement receptions, family days for groups based around Quantico, Fort A.P. Hill and Dahlgren.
Stretching a budget
The most economical way to feed a big group is to lean on hearty sides and one well-chosen protein, then add bread. Rice, pasta and roasted potatoes go a long way. A few approaches that work well for community groups:
- Pasta dinner for a team: spaghetti with meat sauce or meat lasagna, a Caesar or Greek salad, and bread. Athletes and kids eat it without argument.
- Fellowship dinner: chicken shawarma over rice, mixed vegetables, a salad and baklava.
- Volunteer lunch: rolled sandwich platters, hummus with bread and a salad tray. Easy to set out on a folding table and easy to clean up.

Request a quote for this orderTips for the volunteer in charge
- Get a headcount from RSVPs, then round up. Church dinners and team banquets tend to pick up a few extra family members on the day.
- Assign a pickup driver and a helper. Several large trays fill a trunk, and trays travel best flat.
- Bring serving spoons and a few warming trays if your hall has them, and decide who keeps an eye on the food table.
- Plan for leftovers. Decide in advance whether they go home with families, to a shelter partner or into the church fridge, and put them away within two hours.
- Repeat what works. If a monthly fellowship dinner or a weekly team meal goes well, keep the same order and simply adjust the headcount each time.
Vegetarian and mixed groups
Most groups include a few vegetarians, and some congregations observe meatless days. Hummus, baba ghannouge, falafel, rice, fattoush, tabouleh and Lebanese salad are marked vegan on our menu. Spinach pies, cheese pies, grape leaves, roasted potatoes, fettuccine alfredo and penne rosé are marked vegetarian. See the vegan and vegetarian catering page for menu ideas.
Teams on the road
For a team bus or a tournament day, food that travels and can be eaten without a table matters most. Rolled sandwich platters and pies by the dozen are the easiest. Individually boxed lunches are another option: one box per player, nothing to portion out.
Paying and tax-exempt groups
Orders placed less than 48 hours before your event are paid in full when you order. With more notice, your order starts as a quote: we review it, call you to go over it and adjust anything needed, then charge your card. If your group is tax-exempt or needs an invoice or purchase order, mention it when you call; we can handle all three with prior approval from our staff.
Delivery, schools and bases
We deliver up to 50 miles from the restaurant, just off I-95 Exit 126, to churches, schools, fields and community halls, or you can pick up yourself. For a military base, our driver meets you at the visitor center unless other arrangements have been made with our staff in advance. For schools, tell us the check-in procedure when you order. For a military base, our driver meets you at the visitor center unless other arrangements have been made with our staff in advance.
Drop-off is standard. Setup, wait staff and other services are available on request and priced with your quote.
