Book December early

The two weeks before Christmas are the busiest of the year for office parties. Our minimum is 24 hours' notice, but a December Friday is best booked well ahead. We do not deliver on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day: Christmas Eve is pickup only and we are closed on Christmas Day, so book a December party with that in mind.

Once you've sent a quote request, we call you to go over the menu and numbers, adjust it with you, and charge the card when it's agreed. If your party is less than 48 hours away, the order is paid in full when you place it.

The centerpiece: roasted lamb leg with hashwa

A whole marinated leg of lamb over hashwa, rice cooked with spiced ground beef, nuts and raisins. It arrives as a large tray and gives a holiday table something to gather around: $300 a large tray. For a smaller group, lamb shanks with hashwa come six to a tray: $150 a large tray.

A dessert table

Desserts that travel and hold well on a buffet: baklava and kunafa by the tray, whole tiramisu, Italian lemon cake and strawberry cheesecake.

Christmas party catering

For a family Christmas party or a church fellowship dinner, trays mean nobody spends the party in the kitchen. A good Christmas spread is lamb leg with hashwa, stuffed cabbage, roasted potatoes, Lebanese salad and a tray of baklava. If you're hosting Christmas Eve or Christmas week, order early and check our hours: Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve are pickup only, with no deliveries, and we are closed on Christmas Day and New Year's Day.

New Year's Eve party trays

For a New Year's party at home, finger food beats a sit-down meal. Order by the dozen: kibbie, meat pies, cheese pies, spinach pies, falafel and grape leaves, with hummus and baba ghannouge for dipping. A rolled sandwich platter, $100 for 10, gives you ten pinwheel-cut wraps for the late crowd.

Office potluck add-ons

If your team is doing a potluck, a couple of trays fill the gaps: a large rice, a large chicken shawarma and a salad cover the protein and sides so the potluck can be dips and desserts.

Thanksgiving and Friendsgiving

Our regular catering menu is available for Thanksgiving-week gatherings; there is no separate Thanksgiving menu, and we are closed on Thanksgiving Day. Many offices hold a Friendsgiving lunch the week before; see a Mediterranean spread for 20.
