Individually Boxed Lunches for Meetings & Events
One box per person, each a full meal. Everyone picks their own, nobody hovers over a buffet, and the room is cleaned up in two minutes.
What's in a box
Sandwich, wrap, panini, burger and sub boxes come with fries or rice. Kabob boxes come with bread and your choice of fries or rice. Salad boxes come with your choice of dressing. Add a dessert box or a drink for each person if you like.
Boxes suit trainings, working lunches, site crews, bus trips and any event where people eat at different times. For a sit-down group that wants to share, trays are easier to share and let people take a bit of everything.

Enter your headcount and pick a dish for each course. We size every course to feed everyone once, using the low end of each tray's range.

Ordering boxes
- Notice: at least 24 hours, like all our catering.
- Names and diets: list them per box on the quote form so each person gets the box they chose.
- Delivery: up to 50 miles from the restaurant, or pick up at 9901 Southpoint Parkway.
- Mixing: boxes and trays can go on the same order.

What comes in each boxed lunch?
Sandwich, wrap, panini, burger and sub boxes come with fries or rice. Kabob boxes come with bread and fries or rice. Salad boxes come with a dressing of your choice.
Can everyone choose a different box?
Yes. Send us the list of choices with your quote request, with a name next to each.
Is there a minimum number of boxes?
Yes, the minimum is 10 boxed lunches per order. All catering needs at least 24 hours' notice.
Can you add dessert and drinks?
Yes. Dessert boxes and drinks are on the boxed lunch menu above and can be added for each person.
Do you have vegan or vegetarian boxes?
The hummus and falafel sandwich boxes are vegan on our menu, and the grape leaves sandwich and several salad boxes are vegetarian.
