Why offices order from us

You get one order that suits everyone in the room. Shawarma and kabobs for the meat eaters, falafel and hummus for the vegans, lasagna and Alfredo for the people who want something familiar. The prices are on the menu, so you can price lunch before you ask for approval.

• Clear sizes. A small tray feeds 10–12, a large tray feeds 20–22. No guessing.
• Short notice is fine. We need 24 hours, so you can order in the afternoon for tomorrow's lunch.
• Drop-off or full service. Most office orders are dropped off ready to serve. For client events and all-hands, we can set up and send wait staff.

A lunch for 20, priced

A shawarma lunch with a side, a salad, bread and something sweet. Swap any dish on the menu; the tray math stays the same.

Boxed lunches for trainings and working lunches

When people eat at their desks or on the move, boxes beat trays. Each box is a full meal with a side, and everyone can choose their own: wraps, paninis, shawarma and pita sandwiches, kabob plates, burgers, 9-inch subs or salads. See boxed lunch catering for the full list and prices.

What we cater for

• Lunch-and-learns and trainings. Tell us the start time and we'll have it ready before the session breaks.
• Employee appreciation. A lamb leg with hashwa makes a centerpiece for a thank-you lunch: $300 a large tray.
• Client meetings. Mezze trays (hummus, baba ghannouge, grape leaves, spinach pies) look good on a conference table and are easy to eat while talking.
• Hospital and clinic teams. Trays that can sit out over a shift change, with vegetarian options for the night crew.
• Recurring team lunches. Ask us about a standing order for the same day every week or month.

Paying for it

Send a quote request and we'll call to confirm the order, then charge the card once you agree. Orders for events less than 48 hours away are paid in full when you order. If your company needs an invoice, a purchase order or tax-exempt handling, mention it in your request; we can do all three with prior approval from our staff.

Areas we deliver to

We deliver up to 50 miles from the restaurant. Office orders come most often from Fredericksburg, Spotsylvania, Stafford and Quantico. For December, see holiday party catering.
