How many trays for your party
Every tray comes in two sizes: small serves 10–12 and large serves 20–22. Cover your headcount once per course (one main, one side, one salad), then add bread, an appetizer and dessert. Here's how that works out for common party sizes:

Game days and open houses
Finger food is easier than a buffet when people are standing: kibbie, meat pies, cheese pies and falafel by the dozen, with hummus for dipping and a rolled platter. We cater large events as well as small ones. For a few hundred guests, send your headcount and timing on the quote form; we'll build the order with you and price setup and wait staff if you need them.
Questions people ask
How many trays do I need for 30, 50 or 100 guests?
One tray of each dish per course, sized to your headcount: 30 guests is 1 large tray and 1 small tray of each dish, 50 guests is 2 large trays and 1 small tray, and 100 guests is 5 large trays. The table above shows more sizes, and the helper prices them.
Pickup or delivery?
Either. Pick up at 9901 Southpoint Parkway, or we deliver up to 50 miles from the restaurant. Delivery is $10 for addresses within 20 miles of the restaurant, $20 for 20 to 40 miles and $30 for 40 to 50 miles.
Do you have kid-friendly food?
Yes: spaghetti, lasagna, fettuccine Alfredo, penne rosé, rice, roasted potatoes and the rolled sandwich platter all go over well with kids.
Can you serve at my venue?
Yes. Setup and wait staff are available on request and priced with your quote.
Is there a minimum order?
Kabob skewers have a 10-skewer minimum. Otherwise you can order a single tray or dozen. All catering needs at least 24 hours' notice.
